You will be able to overclock to 4.2 or 4.3 with the stock cooler. If you want real overclocking results, you will need to invest in something like a Hyper 212 EVO, a cooler for the CPU. Then you will be able to push 4.6 ghz at least, up to 5 ghz is possible, but you need a better motherboard with good power phases and super quality parts, and a really cool (temperature) case.
