I accidentally touched a high speed fan of my gtx460 palit stock cooler. And I ended up with 2 broken blades.

"Clockwise". 3 blades - 1 broken blade - 4 blade , 1broken blade

Is there something shoul I be worried about ? I don't see any changes on the temperature and additional noise the time that it happen.

They said, remove the other blades so it will become 6 blades in total.

(0 means = no blade/removed)
2 blades, 0 , 2 blades , 0 , 2 blades 0

Should I do this?

Leave it as it is. I would suggest you to replace fan.

Don't mess with it, it's fine if there's no temp rise. You'll end up screwing something up...

ok, another thing.
look at this picture. (GTX460 Fan Pin)

https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-frc3/...

The Fan power pin is no correctly attached to the power, "why?" its because when i push it harder , or when I fit it exactly to the end, the fan speed becomes slower, and its just like a 5v case fan air.

and as you can see the picture, I did that because the fan speed becomes super fast, like 100% speed.
with that, I can change the fan speed (MSI afterburner, EVGA Precision ,Thunder Master ....etc) but I don't see any difference when changing it, but when the fan power is pushed harder on the socket, I cant change the fan speed or the scroll to increase , and ended up with Mouse lag.

any ideas why is this happening? and is this safe???

It's probably because something is broken in that socket and it only gets required power in that position, don't mess too much with your pc, if you ever see drastic rise in temps get it fixed else let it be. Your gfx card is already old and outdated it's better to let it live it's life till you upgrade it.
