Replacing motherboard, question regarding drivers

I am replacing the motherboard on my computer due to some problems. I plan on replacing it with the exact same motherboard.

After installation do I have to reload the drivers from my system or will they still be there from the previous motherboard? Things like the chipset driver, bios etc.

If that motherboard is sold well then it will have it's bios up to date at the time of the delivery. But still you can check it out by yourself whether you need to update or not.
