Ok here it is: Someone suggested this build=
Amd FX-6300
AMD R9 280x
ASRock 970-PRO3 R2.0 Motherboard
GeIL 8GB Kit (2x4GB) DDR3 Black Dragon C11 1600MHz
Western Digital Blue 500gb

Against the my original idea for a build=
AMD FX - 8350 BLACK EDITION
MSI R9 270
ASRock 970-PRO3 R2.0 Motherboard
GeIL 8GB Kit (2x4GB) DDR3 Black Dragon C11 1600MHz
GeIL 8GB Kit (2x4GB) DDR3 Black Dragon C11 1600MHz - $99

I know these two will cost around the same price but i really dont have much money to spend more than $800
I already have a 1050p moniter.
Please tell me how these two build will compare to each other.

Solution

they'll perform well. radeons have a bit of cpu overhead, but if you don't notice any problem during gaming, shouldn't be an issue. the r9 280x cards' prices look quite a lot higher than r9 270x which, in turn have a significant price gap with r9 270 depite being designed with the same gpu (tuned for slightly lower power use).
last time i checked pccasegear (i don't know where you're buying from), fx8320 was a bit cheaper than fx8350. although, you choosing fx6300 and toher parts makes sense now.
iirc there's a gskill ares 2x 4GB ddr3 1600 cl9 kit for less. depends on where you're buying from.

with asrock pro3, it won't matter which cpu you get, the mobo is not suitable for overclocking.

see if you can get a r9 270x with the fx8350, iirc r9 280 prices are quite high from retailers right now due to litecoin hype. if that affects r9 270x, then r9 270 would be a better choice.

you'd also need a very good psu, case to run those parts.
