If I have a Cooler Master 212 EVO CPU fan, will the fins of the Trident X be too large to fit as well?

but have had to change since the availability is poor.
I have therefore selected: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Skill-PC3-19200-2400MHz-Gaming-Memory/dp/B007V9PZFI/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1387788238&sr=1-1&keywords=16gb+2400+c10
as a replacement but am unsure whether this will fit if I have the Cooler Master 212 EVO CPU fan?
