My mouse lags terribly in some games!!

Hi guys, i've got an annoying problem, and i need some help! I got a new mouse as a christmas present (Logitech G400s), and I found terrible lagging problems in some games such as "counter strike global offensive", "systemshock" and "bioshock infinite", but the weird thing is that I have no problems in games like "the stanley parable", "batman arkham origins" and the whole mass effect trilogy. This is a really bad problem, because when i move the muse, the FPS drops to 0, and the sound is blocked (!) another weird thing is that my mum's 10-euro mouse works perfectly!!! I have to tell you that windows 7 recognised the mouse successfully, and installed the drivers with no problems. Is that a problem dued to the mouse's DPIs?? please be so kind to answer me in an quite simple English, since I'm italian. Thank you in advance.

Most likely a USB controller issue. Make sure that your mouse is connected to the Chipset USB ports rather than any add-in controller. Also make sure that the drivers are up to date for the USB controller.

I thought that it was a USB controller issue too, I have an xbox 360 controller... I don't know... I had the official drivers for my controller, but in another forum they told me to uninstall them because they were in conflict with the mouse: now i try to play with the only mouse connected (with installed drrivers), the controller is unconnected and there are no drivers in my pc for it
