I have old PC with Ati Radeon HD 4600, and i have new one with MB GA-H61M-S2PV, Intel Pentium G630 (3M cache,2.70 GHz), graphic card integrated, 4GB DDR3 Kingston (1333Mhz), HDD WD 300GB SATA II and some noname power supply.
I just want to play SC2 HotS in single/multi online and i cannot afford any new parts. i got lowest settings for the game and still got "freeze" on both PC.
Question: Is it possible or do you think i can transfer old HD 4600 on new PC and have better settings?

Without knowing the exact specs of the "older" PC, it's hard to say with 100% certainty. However, the Pentium G630 meets the minimum requirement, as does your RAM, & the HD 4600 more than meets the GPU requirement (Radeon 9600 or better, so any of the X-series or Radeon HDs should work just fine).

I bought PC in 2007-08. specs are following: MB : GA-P35-DS3
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2160@1.80Gz
GC : Ati Radeon HD 4650 DDR2 (512Mb) GPU RV730
RAM: Geil 2x1GB DDR2 (800Mhz i think)
Now, on this configuration i played SC2 on lowes GPU and CPU settings without any cloaking or any tempering with any hardware and i was "freezing" like hell (lol). I just barely played, but when big skirmish happen (in single or multi player) i just lose control over my units and everithing goes to GG.
Now i think i just bought new PC so let me know what u guys think. Here is the link http://www.gigatronshop.com/gigatron_racunari/gigatron_fanatic-27471

I will try to add "old" graphic card to a new PC before my newest PC deliver to my home and i will write about it here. Also, when i get that newly ordered PC, will do a review and post some comments in this thread. As for me, this topic should finally have happy ending. Topic closed.
GL HF and GG to all!!!
