Hi i was wondering weather i should change the cpu i am going to buy to save some $$$$
The rest of my specs are here

MSI R9 270
ASRock 970-PRO3 R2.0 Motherboard
GeIL 8GB Kit (2x4GB) DDR3 Black Dragon C11 1600MHz

At first i was going to get the fx-8350
But then i saw all the other options amd have
So i am wondering if i should stay with the fx-8350 or get the fx-8320 or go down to the fx-6300.
If i get the 6300 i will be able to get a ssd :D

I will be using this computer to game, bf4 dayz, arma 2
How will it run bf4 inparticular with all these cpu's and is going down to the 6300 and getting a ssd a good idea?
Thanks

Here is something that I'd consider, but I'm not very familiar with Australian websites:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

why post the same question again?

anyway 6300 should work fine for you. you will save a lot of money.
SSD will not affect any performance. But load screens will load faster etc. its useful but ot critical. its good to have SSD if you afford it.

pick a best soluction for both the threads and close then if you have found what you are looking for

The FX 6300 is a good mainstream CPU. It will game pretty good and usually my minimum CPU I select for a "Gaming" CPU on a budget. The SSD won't improve your gaming experience much (faster load times though), but is nice to have quick boot times and quick/snappy movement within your desktop and applications. If I'm building a "Gaming" computer right now I would get the FX 6300 w/the R9 280x and a bit better RAM than you selected. I would go with at least CAS 9 (C9) RAM at stock voltage as a minimum. Make sure you have a good PSU (at least 80 PLUS Bronze Certified).

Recap:
* Get the R9 280x if it's in your budget. Even the GTX 760 is a consideration.
* Get RAM at CAS 9 timings w/stock voltage (1.5v).
* Get a quality PSU for your system, don't cheap out. At least a 80 PLUS Bronze Certified (Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, PCP&C, & XFX brands are good options).

6300/8320, up to you if you want the extra 2 cores (most apps/games won't take advantage of them).

As has been said above, get a good GPU and PSU.

Post your full potential build and budget and we might be able to help you choose a better one.

looks fine to me, I see you persist with AsRock. Below 100$ AsRock foesn't have good boards. Gigabyte 970A UD3 or Asus M5A97 R 2.0 (both below or around 100$) or if you spend a little more (around 125$) 990FX mobo are good for overcloking. If you want seriour OCing then 990FX is the board that you should be getting.
