Hello everyone, first I want to say sorry if I would do any mistakes in English, because English isn't my native language. So, let's get started.

I have a SAMSUNG NP350V5C-S03EE laptop. I have this laptop, for about 3 months. Before 1 month, my brother spilled some liquids over it, so I got it to a repair. They washed everything out, and changed - nothing. Okay, when my laptop got back from service, I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit (factory installed was Windows 8). So, everything was okay for about a month, then suddenly my hardware failed to boot (blue screen of death). Ok, laptop got another repair, got back with Windows 8.1 64 bit installed. But now, I can't open Catalyst Control Center or Switchable Graphics menu. But if I manage to run those, my radeon doesnt work for some of games, like League of legends, or it jsut bugs out (screen flashing, flickering and etc.). So is it drivers? Or I need to roll back to Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 8? If you need any other info, I will type it.
