My AMD FX 4100 is running at way faster then it should and where i want it to be. I have no overclocked and i would like some help as the speed it is running at confuses me. It should be running at 3.6Ghz but it is running at 4.3. I have a stock cooler so i do not want it running this high. Can anyone help me?
