This morning I decided to OC my GPU's a tad, I was running an 8% power increase with a slight GPU core OC and everything was stable. I then decided to bump up my gpu memory OC to 5% & both displays went black.

I now cannot get the 1 GPU to send a signal to the display but if I hook up the displays to the other GPU they work. So my question is died I FRY one of my GPU's? or is there away to get the one back to make the system stable again?

Rig = Crosshair IV mobo, AMD Phenom II x6 3.31Ghz 16 gigs ram, 2x R7 260x, SSD

Solution
pull the offending gpu out... restart your machine... let it load into windows, then turn off the computer, plug the offending gpu back in, start the computer back up.

likely your issue will be resolved.

Tried resetting to factory defaults through catalyst still same issue gonna try ingtar33's suggestion. I can;t do a system restore as the cards were just installed last night at 10pm and the restore point is prior to that.
