I have the Phenom 2 965 BE and i can't get to 4.0 Ghz stable.
Crosshair IV Motherboard
1600 mhz 16 gb RAM
Voltage: 1.5v
Temps: 19C-42C
Overclock: (240 * 17)
I know its not the ram or anything else because i have them stable already.
I am using the Noctua D14 as my cooler.
I honestly dont know whats wrong it just shuts down after a couple of hours with prime95
