Which SSD is better?

I have an i7 3770, GA z77md3h, 8Gb 1866mhz Kingston Beast, Geforce Gtx 770 OC Gigabyte Edition 4Gb.

I want to add an ssd to my pc build, can you guys recommend which one is better out of those to:

-Corsair Force Gs 128 GB Sata 3

- Kingston SSD Now V300 120 Gb Sata 3

I am looking for an ssd to boot my computer and get the best performance/price ratio out of it

GS series are better in terms of performance, while the Kingston's V series are more reliable. The Kingston's V series should be much cheaper than the Corsair's GS series for about $50, unless you don't live in the US or Canada. For the price of GS you can get Samsung 840Evo, much better SSD than the Corsair's GS or Kingston's V series

I agree with maurelie. A samsung or crucial SSD would be more likely to be a reliable drive than the ones you are looking at. The 840 evo and the m500 are always going on sale for $90 on newegg.

Excellent choice!

I normally recommend Samsung. The Samsung ssd's provide excellent performance and have a proven track record. Crucial, Intel, and Plextor are also worth considering. Lately SanDisk has been coming on strong.
