-But still, it is not enough for the games you have listed above.

-What are you other parts?
-As Caj said, 7770 or 7790. I think 7790 will be better, because it has almost the same performance as the GTX 560(which i own one) and i have tried it on COD Ghost, AC4 and Saints Row 4, and runs pretty good on medium to high settings at 1080p

-I assume the i5 is the first generation, it is ok
-8GB or RAM is the ,,sweet spot'' for gaming and other applications
-That PSU is not some quality PSU, better get another one
-Bottom line-I would strongly suggest you , not to rush out and buy new graphics card, better wait until you get bigger budget and get better parts, so you won't have to worry in the future when you will be buying another parts.

-Well, first start with the RAM, install another stick 4GB of RAM (if your current configuration is 2x2GB of RAM, sell them and get kit of 2x4GB of RAM
-Second: Change the PSU, get better quality PSU from the brands like: Corsair, XFX, SeaSonic or Antec
-The highest you can go with any graphics card without the need to change the processor and experience any bottlenecks will be 7850/7870 or 650Ti/660
