Hi,

I am opening a new thread because of a problem I recently noticed with my explorer.
After trying to uninstall Microsoft Security Essential in order to install a new Antivirus (Bit Defender 2013, paid license), I have noticed that the other users on my PC cannot open anymore the Windows Explorer, like the documents, pictures, computer,... I got this error message from Windows: "Explorer.exe - This interface is not supported" and nearly the same message when trying to open the Control Panel, except that I got two error messages, the first with a range of numbers and letters between brackets, followed by the usual error message.
I point out the fact that
1) in Safe Mode, it's possible to access the explorer by all users
2) that all users on my computer are administrators
3) only me can access the Windows Explorer both on Safe Mode and on Normal Boot, but the other users, only in Safe Mode.
4) I already tried to delete their account and re-create them, but with no positive result.

Somebody please any idea to fix this? I would really appreciate it.

Many thanks.
