gtx 780 no sound through hdmi

OK I have a gtx 780 and get sound through my monitor with hdmi, using my Yamaha rxv-673 receiver as a pass through (ie in standby). When I turn the receiver on I get no audio. Any suggestions?

Got it sorted thanks, uninstalled graphics card drivers, updated reciever software, turned on the amp first, and then downloaded the latest drivers from nvidia. Now all is working like a dream. Thanks for the help!
