I made a post on reddit earlier and it was no help. But here is current plans for my build (thanks for BigMorgan for the help) I originally had a $700 budget but that has increased to around $800-$900 and I am willing to spend a little more if it is worth. But with my current build, I was wondering what mobo that I should invest a little more in or any other parts in general. I was told to overclock the CPU to over 4.0 GHz so I was wondering if I would need a better motherboard.

Current Plan:
CPU Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core $219.99
CPU Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing $29.98
Motherboard ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 $109.99
Storage Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" SSD $89.99
Video Card Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 2GB $329.98
Part List Price History (Excluding Tax / Combo Deals) = 779.93

Current Parts That I Own:
Rosewill Thor v2
600W Power Supply
Razer Deathadder CLG Edition
Razer BlackWidow
60 Hz Monitor (Looking to get another better monitor in a little bit)
2x 4GB Memory Sticks
1 TB Seagate HDD
Window 7

Thanks in advance :D

The selected board will handle mild OC well and get even close to max but if you want max OC then I would recommend the Asus Maximus VI Hero which is the least expensive ROG board from Asus. Really no need to change though because the selected Cooler probably will limit OC rather than the board.

If that's the case, should I invest into a better cooler system like liquid cooling or something? I want to buy the best possible part run everything at ultra settings and etc. I was orginally looking to buy a better mobo so if I invest into a better cooling system with that mobo that you suggested, my overall build would be better?

The H50 is a budget and not especially good H80 minimum. The Noctua competes with the best liquid coolers and is way better than the H50. There is nothing wrong with your build as such and as is it will OC over 4GHz but whether it will go to 4.2 or 4.5 is the thing in question.
