So, it's been for a while now: Any game that I load that has better grafics crashes my PC. I can only play minimal games like: Terraria and SUper Hexagon, but that's it. Anything else I try will crash my pc:
The screen just goes black and white. Sometimes there's even weird pixel lines going around in it. I though that it was overheating, but I cleaned it all out, put the overdrive fan speed up to 43% and it still crashes/

I'm using a AMD Radeon HD4860 and a 600W PSU

Hello... The CPU and GPU have to work together, What CPU are you using? Have you tried a earlier/different version of your Video card driver? What driver version are you using?

Does not matter if the card is running cool now, the chips could be damaged. Test the card in another system, it will probably do the same thing.

It may be the power supply, but a lot more often it's the card.

Hello... Try a non beta version, and other versions that were out when your GPU was available/Made, for a possible solution... Newest driver are not always best for Older cards.

Oh, ok. I checked the power suply, it works fine. I guess the chips might be dead. But, it worked fine not long ago.
Non the less, I'm getting a GeForce GTX 760 for Christmas, just hoping that it actually fits in my PC case.

Thanks for the help!
