I bought a computer 4 days ago and it worked perfectly fine. (windows 8.1)
This morning I get on the computer and was going through a download of game. All of a sudden a blue screen popped up with a sad smiley face saying computer needs to shut down.
It restarted windows went through an update the computer crashed again and everytime the computer powers up it goes straight to a black screen with a white flashing dash in the corner.
I tried refreshing the computer using the troubleshooting stuff but it says the drive is locked.
