Which combo is better ?

I may build a rig in February and I am a little confused as I have a strict budget.
Rig 1 :i5 4570 / r9 280x
Rig 2 : i5 4670k / r9 270
I want something that will get me to play all games at 1080p at ease ^^
If you want any other information please ask !

Hello, sir.

I would certainly recommend rig 1 in a gaming perspective. The difference of GPU performance is quite big.

Even though you would overclock the i5-4670k, which is in rig 2, then you wouldn't get better performance in most game titles, as most games are most dependent on the GPU where rig 1, as mentioned before, has quite the superior GPU.

Thanks everyone,then I shall go with the first rig as you all recommended.
Other question please,would the OCZ ZS 550w be good for this rig ? Because it's the only one on my budget,either that or the Corsair CX 500 .
And since I'm not overclocking the i5 4570,would you all be kind to recommend me a good and especially cheap Motherboard to go with it ?
Something cheap and has everything with a mention that I am NOT interested in Crossfire. Just want a motherboard cheap and efficient which has the essentials,I'm currently considering the Asrock B85 Pro 4.
