Constant Stuttering Good Computer

I built a gaming PC over the summer, and I thought it could handle the games I run. I've been getting constant stuttering in The Witcher 2, Shadow warrior, and games alike. I have a GTX 770, an intel i5-4670k. The usual 8 gigs of ram, and an Asrock z87 extreme4 mobo. Does anyone know why this is occurring? I'm not playing on high settings at all. Any help would be awesome, thanks.

You might want to uninstall your Nvidia drivers and reinstall latest drivers.

Stuttering is usually due to driver issues in games.

The PSU is good. Try to update the BIOS of GPU.

Nothing to be sorry about ! Try your GPU vendors site to download the BIOS update file, and you will find instructions there on how to do it. Good luck.
