When I turn on my computer it turn on and off and repeat the cycle every 5 seconds I get no vga signal from monitor I just bought a new power supply and it still doesn't work. I also try taking one ram out and try to turn it on no luck please help I feel like I wasted all my money.

check for a dead short. take out the gpu and the ram and unplug the hard drive and case fans and usb cables. just have the motherboard and power supply connected see if the intel cpu fans stays on and if the mb has onboard video it turns on or the mb post an error code. if it keeps on cycling try clearing the cmos. if nothing changed and the system bare bones you may be looking at motherboard or cpu failure.
