loud clicking sound

my computer makes a loud clicking sound when i turn it on, but goes away after a few seconds. there is no error on the screen like other people have reported but i was wondering what i can do about it?

Could be the psu fan. If you have dust, I recommend getting a lead blower and blowing if out. Sounds crazy but a lot of people do it and recommend it lol might try something like that, but definitely check...

yes, at one point i was turning it off and on with different combinations of fans connected and thought that my solution was that the fans were hitting a filter, so the filters gone and the sound is still there but there is nothing touching at all but dust. and it is kinda fast, not sure how fast but it is only making sound for about 3-4 seconds.
