I either get three beeps or no POST at all

So I went to clean my pc I removed all my components and dusted them off put it all back on and then I got nothing when trying to boot my pc then It started to give three beeps I moved the RAM around and putting
One stick in the first module I then just got nothing again

check to see if your system booting off the onboard video. check that all of the video card and motherboard power plugs are connected. also check that you did not pull the cpu out of the cpu socket when you were cleaning.
