hye as the tittle say,
my hard drive suddenly become like that but before this i can still the drive on my computer but now it doesn't show at all
so I when to device manager/disk management and it only appear there
and this is what it looks like
so how do i fix this? i prefer without formatting it since i don't want to lose all important files

Hi
1. You have not lost you files
2. they are on the drive but you can`t have them easy - sorry
3. You have to create partition on ou drive - you have Unformated state = no partition = no files
4. Formating is not erasing you data only the NTFS table - the information where is you files on the drive
5. You have to use some DATA RECOVERY Software to reclaim you data - Get Data Back is THE BEST i`v used ever !
6. DO NOT COPY PASTE ANY NEW DATA ON THIS drive - this will overwrite you lost data will be FOREVER LOST - even for Data Recovery tools

Create 1 partition - you can use disk managment - initialise first - then create part.
Format - don`t worry ..... you already have lost you data for now ....
Instal / Run Get Data Back
Use option -...

Use option - Deleted files
The software will compleate scan you source drive ( this 372 GB )
Then you will be provided with some folder results - after 7-8 hrs of scanning
You need second FREE SPACE drive to copy all that the program have discover to recover ....

The key moment here is to not COPY & PASTE any new data on this 372 GB drive this will destroy the data for ever .....
After you`r finish with the data recovery you can do what ever you want with this drive !
If you have`t delete all partitions then i think is the drive fault - better do`nt use this drive for DATA anymore !

but i can't initialise it,it pop up to choose for MBR or GPT
i choose MBR then it pop up DATA ERROR cyclic redudancy check

how to fix this?

Is this drive was part of any RAID ?

If not i think you have the worst case here ...... HW error on the drive .....
Data recovery can be performed over 100% working drive .......
In this case i advise you to seek Pro Help !
If the data is not so value to You the only thing left here is to try any Partition Tool to try partition it
You can use Hirens Boot Cd , EASYUS , Paragorns etc. ....
