Best gaming headphones? what do you think of these options?

Hi I'm searching for some GOOD headphones for pc gaming, my priorities are simple:

First priority: Audio quality
Second priority: Build quality
Third priority: Aesthetics

Also around or under $200

I don't care almost at all about the mic or miscellaneous features.

These are 3 headphones that seem to be pretty good in my opinion, but I would like to see other people's opinion of these HP and/or suggestions of others.

SteelSeries Siberia Elite Gaming Headset

I bought the siberia v2 off amazon they're normally 89.99 but have been on sale lately and their great. Might want to check them out. They have great sound, retracktable mic and they feel like your not wearing a headset, and theyre very comfrotable and don't hurt your ears. Great reviews.

I fell in love with my Turtle Beach PX22's. I love the comfort and they are light weight, flexible boom, you can connect your smart phone to it as well to listen to music while you play, and plenty of options for chat and gaming even while you listen to music. There is also an option to answer your cell without leaving your game. Completely hands free while you play. Only thing I dont like is I have trouble using Teamspeak with the headset. Works great with Skype and RaidCall. The sound quality is great as well. cost about 79$
