I currently own a Logitech Premium Optical Wheel mouse BT58 and will upgrading to a Razer Deathadder 2013 change alot of things, like, what would change?
Sorry for my bad english, it's not my native language.

the only thing affected will be your mouse and how the cursor moves on screen (how sensitive and how fast). this can be adjusted back to the same levels as your current mouse with tweaking.

On the software side, the only difference is that you will have to install Razers Synapse software (basically its driver). How you tweak that will decide how the mouse moves on the screen.
Physically there will be a massive difference as their entirely different mice. Whether it will be for the better or worse depends on your preferences pretty much, though I think it will be better since that Logitech seems to be a cheap mobile mouse.

eh a mouse is a mouse generally speaking.

it might be a different size, have extra buttons or be a different shape but its not a big deal to get used to. (unless of coure if you move to one of the mmo mice with 15 buttons ....)

you can tweak the performance to move the mouse as fast as you want and as much as you want in relation to physical movement of the mouse.
