Is my PC good enough to run Battlefield?

CPU: AMD FX 8350 Overclocked at 8.8 Ghz

Ram: 64 Gb Ram

HDD: 1TB

GPU: GTX Titan 2 Gb

No, you'll likely bottleneck your system, and probably only get 2 FPS, on average.

I dont know, i get 900 FPS on League Of Legends, but someone told me my pc wont handle Battlefield 4. Is this true?

Only 900 FPS in League? You most definitely won't be able to handle BF4.

I dont know if it can run battlefield or not because your monitor will be so overloaded with frames that it may start to leak frames out and you will get frames all over your room.. Now that will be a mess. So proceed with caution. You can start a Linpack stress program while playing to reduce your cpu output so that it dont overwhelm your monitor with frames or any other part.
