Hello guys, i have a question about cpu lifespan. I have an i7-3770k and i OC it to 4.4GHz but i want it to last me atleast next 3-4 years. I have use Noctua NH-D14 so I havent any Heat problems. But when I OCed my CPU i didnt use the voltage setting so its on defeault voltage setting or its automaticaly increased, so i want to ask if the only factor that kills cpu is heat? or i can ´kill´ my cpu by using defeault setting? or its all ok? and i dont need to do nothing and can keep my oc.
Thanks!

As long as you're not increasing the voltages too much, you don't have to worry about anything dying.

Overclocking does reduce the lifespan of components, but chances are, the components with an OC will still outlast their usefulness. Or simply put, you'll probably upgrade your CPU before you would even have to begin worrying about your CPU dying.

Only think that im worried is that my cpu can increase voltage too high automatcaly

usually the cvid will automatically adjust to a good healthy voltage. you can check what it is in the bios and then compare that to what hwmonitor/cpuz says its max/min is when under a load and idle. then go back in and start manually moving the vcore down one increment at a time until its not stable under intel burn test and prime. your noctua is perfect for keeping your cpu cool so you shouldn't have much worry.
