Would a FX 8350 Bottleneck a GTX 780 EVGA SC w/ACX Cooling ?

Im wondering if it would bottleneck certain games like (for example) Grand Theft Auto: IV (because its CPU intensive and not GPU intensive, plus the fact that its already very poorly optimization for PC) or if it would bottleneck anything at all in general

I would have to go ahead and say no. At the stock clock, a FX 8350 would not bottleneck a GTX 780. Now if you overclock or SLI your GTX 780, then you may need to overclock your 8350.
