I recently got me an ViewSonic V930 (Oooold monitor), and it worked like at charm, until a few days ago, where i played with my resolution. My monitor begun to output the message "Out of range", and i turned the resolution down to it's standard (Which btw. is 1280 x 800p), and even lesser than that - and it just won't work. My computer is an old Lenovo T500, if this means anything. My brother have the same computer, and a week ago the exact monitor won't work for him (Same issue), then it's working now, and we haven't done anything to it. This problem is driving me craaazy, and if you guys could help me, i'll be so freaking happy! Thank ya'!

Okay, so you say that i should go into safe mode in 640 by 480, or do you mean that i should go into regular safe mode, and then lower the res? (Cuz' i can't lower the res that much, sadly.) But when i'm done with that, do i need to go into regular Windows, or still use safe mode when it's time to download the drivers? And is it the Lenovo drivers i need to get, og the ViewSonic drivers?:)
I'm a bit confused here ;-)
