Building a new system,I'll be recording gameplay at 1440x900 downscaled to 720p by dxtory. Wondering if I can run battlefield 4 on all ultra with msaa at at least x8 and still get 45 fps. I know that the 270x will run Battlefield 4 at 1920x1080 with everything on ultra and AA at x16 on 40fps average, on a intel cpu, was wondering If I could pump 45+ fps out of it at 1440x900 with x8 AA While recording, any help? Thanks.

That athlon is far weaker than the intels you've been seeing, I highly doubt it. + you'll be recording, so no.

What about a fx 6300?

maybe... just know cpu powered streaming/capture is very hard on the cpu. in single player you'll probably be fine. But if you have no interest in getting a capture card you'd be best off getting an 8 cored fx or an i7... for video capture of gameplay.

FX 6300 runs the game well - an FX 8320/8350 may be able to handle the task of recording simultaneously better.

i'd rather a fx6300 over a 8150... bulldozer was pretty poor

Avoid the x1xx and x2xx series, poor performance (bulldozer architecture).

Highly unlikely that you'll be able to record or livestream. You'll probably struggle running the game on its own. If you want further info, create a new thread and you'll get more responses.

FX 8320 for sure. If you happen to live near a Microcenter, go there now. FX 8320 for $99 FTW!
