i was wondering if the motherboard will fit into the mb slot for this mid tower case

yes it will fit fine... but i beg you to reconsider that mb/cpu combo. that motherboard won't overclock that fx6300 well... and the fx6300 begs to be overclocked.

well if you don't plan to overclock then yes... that cpu/mb is fine and that case is fine too.
