Computer Specs.

AMD A8 5600K
Asus F55 LX PLUS
G SKILL 8 GB 1600
XFX 6670 Core edition
Corsair CX430 power supply
AOC 2243w

Problem:
installed graphics card set up dual graphics in catalyst control center. Drivers are all up to date. I went to Bios and changed following settings:
IGFX Multi-Monitor ENABLED
Primary Video Device PCIE/PCI
Integrated Graphics Force
UMA Frame Buffer size 1G

I save and reset. Then i plug in dvi to graphics card and monitor. I get no signal just a black screen. Ive tried serveral times. I then take out graphics card plug rgb cable to motherboard and change bios settings to primary video device to igfx in order to start up and get a signal.

My pc shows that the video card is installed and running fine its just when i plug the dvi in i get no signal. unfortunatly my monitor has a rgb and dvi no hdmi and the graphic card only has dvi and hdmi.

Solution
If your not doing multi-monitor then set it back to defaults. set the Integrated graphics back to default and not forced. Try to get it your graphics running on the 6670 by itself first, then go to CCC and enable Dual-Graphics.

Yea ive tried disabling onboard and just running 6670 but same thing happens. ive actually had it working before and then i did a clean install of windows 8 64 bit so i had to delete my harddrive and now i cant get it to work after installing all drivers again.

yea i switched it over but my understanding is u have to have to be plugged into the card in order to run dual graphics not the motherboard...And when im plugged into card i get no signal..
