ram options for Intel DP45SG motherboard

I need to buy 4 2gb rams for my motherboard, can someone give me a good ram i can buy, a couple of options, i want perfomance from them so tell me cheap ones and good ones. motherboard is Intel DP45SG, processor is intel quad 2 core q9300.

i bought the corsair xms3 8gb. but whenever i start it it gives me 3 beeps, and i guess that's the code for incorrect memory. so what should i do.
