Motherboard: Biostar A789L3C
Processor: AMD Athlon II x2 270 3.4GHZ
Ram: 3 GB
Windows Vista 32 bit

I tied every possible soultion but nothing works. When I plug in my speakers or headphones doesn't recognize anything plugged in. Reinstalled Realtek HD Audio plenty of times still nothing. Installed drivers from motherboard website still nothing.

In Device Manager, underneath "High Definition Audio Device", it should say "Realtek High Definition Audio".
Since that's missing, and since there are no "Unknown Devices" listed, it seems that your Realtek integrated audio adapter has died, so Windows is no longer able to detect it.

It's just possible, however, that the integrated audio is disabled in the BIOS settings, so check that first.

If it's not disabled, you can overcome the problem of a dead integrated audio adapter by buying & installing a PCI sound card, install it's driver package, then plug your speakers into that card.

hey i also have similar problem
windows 7 ultimate x64
Ram 4gb
processor amd phenton 3.10ghz
but i have a harware problem i have installed the driver but still it didnt work
No Audio Output Device is Installed
and on Troubleshooting it says " HARDWARE CHANGES MIGHT NOT BE DETECTED"
HOW TO SOLVE THE HARWARE PROBLEM
PLEASE HELP
