What can be the Disadvantages from a Lower end AMD Board ?

I am buying a new PC but have less money for Motherboard.
I have selected this Board :
ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2 Motherboard
According to CPU Support ASUS, AMD FX 8350 is Supported. I am buying the same CPU.
I won't be overclocking.
Just General Tasks, Daily Use and Light Gaming.
Is that AMD Board OK for that ??

The board you choose is decent quality if your not planning to overclock, just the maximum amount of ram it can handle is 8 gb @ 1866. I would suggest the Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 instead about the same price. Just can use a max of 16 gb of ram

I won't be needing even 8gb. My Current slow Laptop doesn't exceed even 1GB.

For about the Same Price, I am getting ASRock 970 Pro 2 Motherboard. Is that a Good one ??

Asus has always been known for good quality boards and Asrock has a lot of good mentions. Both boards would work with what you want to do with them

Will that system be fast ? Compared to my current Lappie (Intel Celeron 900 @ 2.2G, 1GB DDR2, 160GB STMOmen, Inte. Gra) ?
I would be doing Light gaming (Mostly Railworks 3 and FSX), 2-3 Tabs open on internet, You Tube, Light CAD Works and Photoshop and Programming.
