Your video card may be up to the task but it's the CPU that will have to do the heavy lifting. If you can't get to ultra with it you can always overclock it a bit to get there.

Yes it'll handle it quite well according to this source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-ZU3ty63rg
LinusTechTips shows that it runs about 55 FPS average (although they do run overclocked)
So if you want about 55 FPS you might want to overclock and I'm pretty sure your Cpu and Ram will just do fine.

What cpu would you recommend that woudn't need any overclocking and not over 200$? (it must be socket AM3+)

The FX 8350 would be the CPU to get as it's an 8 core and will compliment the GTX 770 and is less then $200.

Although if you get a fx 8320 you can easily overclock it to 4ghz (the speed of the 8350) as long as you don't have the stock cooler, they are terrible

There is a 2fps difference in BF4 at 1920x1200 between a slightly OC 6300 and an i7-4770k

For pure gaming there is no real need for a beefier CPU although if you are doing screen recording you might want to get a better CPU (8350s are good)

Well, it will handle it good but I get constant 70 to 90 fps on Max settings in some areas, sometimes it will dip to 60 fps with heavy explosions. I also got a GTX 770 which is the Gigabyte one. The i5 3570k is a amazing processor which I have. I never overclock my pc to play BF4,just runs smooth.
