Blue screen - bad system config

Not able to press f11, not been able to go to start screen, I am only able to go to bios screen, if that can help
Pls help
 
If possible, boot to a MEMTEST disc www.memtest.org or USB stick version.

You may have to UNHOOK your hard drives (or SSD's) as well if the Boot Order prevents DVD or USB boot since you can't change that without going into the BIOS.

It might be bad DDR memory (those sticks on the motherboard) or it might be a bad motherboard or some other serious issue.
