Gtx 760 installed, but now pc wont power on.

How many watts is your PSU running at? It should be able to run on 450 Watts, but the reccomended wattage is 500. if your PSU is much higher than that, then check your GPU is installed properly, and if that does not work, i would replace your PSU.
