I personally think the intel build is better, although I would switch the power supply to either a different line of Corsair (CX gets bad reviews), XFX, Evga, Silverstone, Thermal Take or Seasonic.

Sorry for the late response I went to bed. Looks like a solid build for he next year or two. Havent heard much on th Asetek closed loop cpu cooler, I know that corsair makes some great ones though! As far as your harddrive I personally am a fan of western digital, been using them for a decade now and not a single one has failed me.
