I still don't know, I was thinking about that but I wasn't sure. Would a 760 be able to run most games on ultra with decent frames?

You need to go for Fx 8320 unless you plan to overclock your processor.

A Fx 6300 is like a core i3 and will not take advantage of Gtx 770s power in CPU intensive games.

Also your PSU is not good enough. You need to buy a 600W PSU as minimum to run that rig as mentioned on Nvidia's website.

Yes, I have an EVGA gtx 760 SC and i run everything on ultra.. BF4.. Crysis 3 does give a little bit of troubles but thats the only game so far! Its a brilliant card.

The price difference between 8120 and 8320 is 10 dollars. Your build is much better now though. still think go for 8320. 10 dollars is not a lot. if mobo is compatible.
I would stick with the Gtx 770, even though the 760 is good card.
Here's why.
In AMD optimized games, like Dirt Showdown, it kills the 760 by an appreciable margin. Have a look at benchmarks

Here is the thing I would want to get the 770 but now that I have seen those benchmarks, it is obvious that the 770 is better. However I definitely do not want to spend over $900. That build is getting close. I really just want to run games smoothly enough so I can have a better computer than my friends. A 760 would cut that. So I think I'm gonna go with this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2p76m. Thanks for the help. Anybody have other suggestions of a good looking case too instead of that one?
