Get the 8350 with the 280X. With either of those processors, the bottleneck will on the GPU, so get the one with the better GPU.

ok but the r9 280x stronger than the 270x and the i7 stronger than the fx one so i am thinking that does i7 able to get me 100 fps on my 900 p monitor at ultra settings ..??

Why get the i7 ? If you're just gaming, then a i5-3470 would be enough. So between the FX 8350 and i7 3770K , I would get the FX 8350 because it's good enough and is paired with a better GPU. However , the i5-3470 + GTX 770 would be a great pair

get the 8350 and 280X. You will see a bigger increase in performance if you have a better graphics card. The CPUs are both high end so either one you chose is fine. The graphics card on the other hand, the better graphics card you can get the better. You will se a bigget improvement with a better graphics card. :)

Why are you limited to those 2 pairs ?

You might just want to look into an nVidia card if you're looking to do serious 3D rendering - I know my own Asus G75 may have a [relatively speaking] little old 660M in it, but doing Blender renders over CUDA on the 660M absolutely smokes any CPU that could possibly hope to compete. I don't have any experience with Blender's support for AMD GPU rendering, but it's something to consider, if other programs work in the same fashion.

That said, out of the two above, I'd go with the 8350 + R9-280X. It just sounds like a more well-rounded system for what you'd be using it for.

Don't know what fps. It's not something that anyone can calculate accurately. But it will be really high.

$1000 for just the board and card? That's quite a lot.

But I can't pick a board for you because I don't know what processor you getting.

Im not a amd fan but its hard to beat their prices of 8 core processors and the 280x is a very impressive video card.

Most of AMD's GPUs are out of stock at Flipkart because of the Bitcpin mining craze.

_______

Cores aren't everything. A quad core i5-3470 still beats an eight-core FX-8320
