I for one would go with the FX 8350 and the R9 280x.
Also, is the i5 4670k & R9 280x not an option? This is what I went for, and I`m satisfied with it.

If you play on that monitor, then you can drop the r9 280x and even use the Gtx 760 with core i5 4670k and get full maximum benefit.
Then you have no need for r9 280x.
r9 280x has more worth if you are gaming on a full HD screen like 1920 x 1080p

Yes, Gtx 760 is more than enough to do 3d graphics. It doesn't really require a powerful video card, but a powerful rig. Especially if you wanna do rendering go for the core i5 4670k which is a more solid build.
You should be able to play all your games at high settings without a problem. 60 fps with no problems.

You're asking me to predict the future which I can't. No one can.

You might decide to upgrade your monitor or get a full HD monitor as a gift. Then your card, might struggle as newer games come out at max settings.
As of the moment, it can play every game at that resolution and should keep dong so at that resolution until they decide to make games that break down lower cards altogether.
I don't see that happening in the near future.

so what about now if i would go for fx 8350 w r9 280x with 900p and next or after next year i would change my monitor to 1080p..does r9 280 and fx 8350 bottleneck each other at this resolution.??is this the problem.?

Does medium on 1080p actually looks better than High-Ultra on 900p?

and i also think about the fx 6300 and r9 280x on 1080p monitor..will this bottleneck eachother,.??and can i able to get a smooth fps rate for all kind of games..

I didn`t try 900p to be able to notice the difference, but I can play BF4 on Ultra with everything on my R9 280x with 70+ FPS at all times.
If you think it`s possible to get a 1080p monitor in the future, I`d go for an r9 280x. The Asus DCII Top, Sapphire Toxic and Sapphire Vapor-X are really good ones.

Just chipping in guys.
Plenty of games can already use 4 threads and a few can handle more when available, in these games the FX is generally superior so I'd go with the FX 8350+R9 280, it's nuclear overkill for 1440x900 res but will easily handle a 1080 or even 1440 monitor later.
Fave alternative: FX+GTX760, still overkill for the 1440x900 display, but adequate for 1080 res and, with the right motherboard you can SLI later.

No, the lower setting will not look the same although TBH in a fast paced game you'll not actually spot much difference, assuming similar sized pixels.

ok thankzz but what about fx 6300 r9 280x on a 1080p monitor ...will this be bottleneck each other..??

The FX6300 is a decent CPU but not in the same performance league as the 8350 and it will hold back a R9 280x a little at that res.
Reading into the posts I think you're after a big upgrade/new rig on a budget so I suggest you get the strongest system you can (within budget). If you try to upgrade the monitor now, you'll compromise on the upgraded/new system performance.

so is this a good choice for now if i would go for fx 8350 w r9 280x and after some time i would change my monitor as well when i get some money ..what you think??

^ Agreed.
@ eminem47: Expect mad frame rates on the current monitor! ;)
