how to make a usb cable with button that you plug into your laptop and then it powers on the the laptop when you press it

I want to make a laptop that is built into a case now i know how to install the laptop but i need to have a cable that could switch on my laptop through the usb port (universal serial bus)

I think BIOS has options for turning on by USB or some other devices.

You could attach some kind of one button keyboard and from Windows to make ONLY it wake the pc.
Device manager has that Option in the device Properties --> Power Management --> Allow this device to wake...

EDIT: If you want to turn it from being completely shut (Non-Sleep) then I don't think you can.
