I am not asking to find the amount of power a certain system needs I am asking how to find out the amount of power a system would need determined on the components I don't know how people can tell me how much power a system would need, how do you find it out? In other words how do I find out what PSU would be suitable for a certain system?

There isn't any application that determines required power we estimate the power consumption for a normal system excluding graphic card 350 Watts work fine plugging cards may need higher power to 500 Watts ownwards as consumption increases.
