I just recently bought an asus desktop and for the first few days it was fine. The past two or three days, however, each time i turn my desktop on, it will update systems right away and it takes about 10minutes. Why is it doing this? Ive only had the desktop for about a week

Well right when i turn the computer on, it'll let me choose to go into BIOS ( is that what its called?) And then it'll show the ASUS sceen and on the bottom of the sceen it'll say "Updating your system" (something like that) And it shows a % that goes very slowly. Im not sure how else to explain..
I ended up going to asus' customer service online chat and turns out it was because my desktop was trying to "repair itself" so i just had to restart my desktop and run something using the command prompt ( I probably should've written down that command for future reference...) Anyway. Desktop turns on fine now, no more slow updates! Thanks for your help
