same win7 but different hard drive question!

hey guys, im upgrading to an ssd and want to add a new hdd to my computer ,that's the only hardware im gonna change ,do i need a new win7 or not? will the same product key works? cause heard you can only use one windows os on one computer

    if you are not touching the harddrive on which win7 is installed u can add new hd as slave without installing win7 again but if you changing the primary harddrive on which win7 is installed so u will have to reinstall win7 again and yes u can use the same key there.
  2. Yeah, you can use the same key, as long as you are installing on the same system, the restriction is if you are installing windows on 2 different computers using the same product key.
