Motherboard Compatible with this case?

I'm building a new gaming rig and i was wondering if my motherboard would work with this mid-tower case. the board is ATX and the case says its a micro-ATX case. Here is my setup
1.FX-4350
2.Radeon HD 7870
3.8GB Corsair Vengeance (2x4)
4.650w Antec EarthWatts
5.Asus m5a97-le-r2.0 Motherboard
6. 1TB Western Digital Blue Caviar
The Case im thinking of buying is the Corsair 350D Window.
And Also, I've done alot of research on all my other 6 components, and they are all compatible correct?

I'm fairly certain that the case isnt compatible, but i dont know very much on the difference between the two, and i would just like to make sure. If not compatible, do you have any suggestions for cases that are similar in design, i want a large side window like that one above and enough space to install a water cooler and all my components.

No, your ATX motherboard is too large for this case and will not fit....

Motherboard Compatibility
Micro ATX, Mini ITX

Basically here are the common motherboard sizes:
- ATX (normal size)
- Micro ATX (smaller than normal size)
- Mini ITX (smallest of them all in size)

If you like the look of the Corsair Obsidian Series, just bump up to the 650D....

If you're budget holds you back, try Corsair Carbide Series....
