I've have prebuilt gaming pcs before and have been doing lot of researched but this is going to be my first ever pc I've built, All i want this pc to do is just play league of legends, Normally i play league at 60fps high settings no shadows, Since i have a budget i was wondering if this pc could do the job!

I haven't played the game, but according to the game's requirements you'll be able to play it on max settings.

AA means anti-aliasing. Most of the gamers don't enable it as decrases FPS like hell. If you game at 1080p then you won't notice much difference with aa off and aa x4. I have fx 8350 and r9 280x, I still play with aa off even though I get enough FPS with it to x8 or x4.
